HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 32-year-old Wyoming woman went by ambulance to St. Mary’s Hospital after a single-vehicle crash, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Nicolas Knott.
The crash happened just after 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 21, 2020, on eastbound I-96 near the 23 mile marker in Wright Township when the woman, at the wheel 1998 Isuzu Trooper. When the vehicle off the median shoulder she overcorrected, police said, which sent the Trooper across both eastbound lanes and off the south side of the road, into a tree.
She went by Life EMS to the hospital for treatment of what police called non-life-threatening injuries.
