HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — After West Olive resident David Barnosky learned that absentee ballots may not get to the clerk’s office in time if they’re mailed, he devised a plan to help.
Barnosky created a collection of online maps showing where every clerk’s office and and ballot box drop-off point is located throughout Ottawa County.
He, along with clerks thoughout the state, is encouraging people to return their absentee ballots as soon as possible.
The deadine to get them back to clerks is 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4.
