(WHTC-AM/FM) — A 67-year-old woman was killed in a traffic crash at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2020, according to Holland Police Capt. Keith Mulder.
Holland police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene, at 40th Street and South Washington Avenue, where they found an 18-year-old Holland Township man had been driving a 2019 Ford Ranger north on Washington and hit a 2002 Buick LeSabre that had been eastbound on 40th, according to Mulder.
The LeSabre’s driver, a 66-year-old Holland man, went by ambulance to Holland Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. The LeSabre’s 67-year-old passenger was killed.
The crash remains under investigation, and police are asking anyone with information that may help investigators to contact Holland Police Sgt.
