HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A two-vehicle crash in Wright Township sent one man to the hospital just after 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020, according to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Luce.
The crash happened at the intersection of Arthur Street at 24th Avenue when, police said. a 92-year-old Grand Rapids woman, driving a 2018 Subaru Legacy south on 24th Avenue, failed to stop at the posted stop sign, police said.
She drove into the path of a westbound GMC Jimmy, with a 60-year-old Coopersville woman at the wheel, according to police.
A front-seat passenger of the GMC, a 63-year-old Coopersville man, went by ambulance to Spectrum Health Butterworth in Grand Rapids, where he was last listed in fair condition. A 36-year-old Coopersville man in the GMC’s back seat was unhurt, according to Sgt. Luce.
