Jose Antonio Alvarado-Huerta, age 54 of Holland, passed away June 11, 2020 in Dallas, TX.
Antonio was born in Puebla, Mexico to Sebastian and Loreto Alvarado. He lived in Holland for 15 years and enjoyed hunting, collecting hats, and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Sebastian Alvarado.
Antonio is survived by his wife, Reyna Ortiz-Martinez; children, Itati, Anahy, Sebastian, Nadia; 5 grandchildren; mother, Loreto Huerta-Lara; brothers, Guillermo Alvarado, Roman (Araceli) Alvarado, Luis (Enedina) Alvarado; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation will take place on Friday, June 19 from 4-8 pm at Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Ave, Holland. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20 at 11:00 am at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 171 W 13th Street in Holland. Burial will follow the service at North Holland Cemetery.
