HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland City Council is set to meet 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Holland City Hall, 270 S. River Ave.
The meeting will be carried live online. Members of the public can participate by watching online and emailing comments to publiccomment@cityofholland.com.
Council will consider two requsts to create industrial development districts, from Properties Unlimited, at 899 Interchange Drive, and Highpoint Real Estate and Development, at 796 Interchange Drive.
Also on the agenda: rezoning an area near West 36th Street and South Washington Avenue from single residential to a planned residential development, for a joint Jubilee Ministries and Lakeshore Habitat development involving 285 West 36th St. and Portions of 904, 906, and 926 S. Washington Ave. The schedule is for council to vote on final adoption on July 1, 2020.
Holland BPW has a number of items on the agenda, from line replacement to edits of rate books and lighting contracts to a lift assessment, as well as approving a $30 million in Wastewater Utility System Junior Lien Revenue Bonds, Series 2020.
