HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a hit-and-run crash that injured a 66-year-old Zeeland man just before noon, Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Matt Wildfong said police are looking for a dark vehicle involved the crash, which happened when the Zeeland man, driving a 2018 Ford Edge west on Chicago Drive at Byron Road in Zeeland. He’d slow for a previous crash, when his vehicle was hit from behind by the dark vehicle, which did not stop, but continued traveling west.
The Zeeland man is listed in good condition, with non life threatening injuries at an area hospital, according to Sgt. Wildfong.
