HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A 67-year-old Holland man was arrested just after 8 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2020, after leading police on a chase, according to Holland Police Capt. Keith Mulder.
Holland police went to investigate a trespassing complaint just before 8 p.m. Sunday at a home near 17th Street and College Avenue, Mulder said. They saw the suspect in a white Dodge Ram pickup on the property — he fled the scene when officers tried talking to him. Police stopped him in the parking lot of Piller Church, near the corner of 9th/College.
The suspect is in Ottawa County jail, awaitng charges of fleeing and eluding, trespassing, and harassing communications, Mulder said. His name won’t be released until after arraignment.
