HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The owner of a 2015 black F-150 who stopped at the Speedway on South Washington Avenue watched a thief make off with this truck at 6:37 a.m. Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Thieves headed south on Washington Avenue, so Holland police officers alerted Allegan County Sheriff’s deputies.
They found the F-150 abandoned in a ditch, near 56th Street and 116th Avenue in Clyde Township — then tracked the suspect to a nearby house.
A 32-year-old suspect is now in custody in Holland, according to Holland Police Capt. Keith Mulder, who says the suspect is facing felony charges of unlawful driving away of an automobile.
