HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Tulip Time Festival officials announced Alumni Dutch Dance practices will be suspended, until April 8, 2020, “in light of growing concerns ver COVIC-19.”
Kinder, Middel and High School Dutch Dance practices are suspended until further notice, in light of state-wide school cancellations.
Festival officials made the announcement late Friday in an email to media, shortly after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer ordered cancellaton of events involving more than 250 people and all large gatherings in shared spaces over 250 people.
The temporary restriction started at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13, and is set to end at 5 p.m. Sunday, April 5.
