Steven Jay Berens, 53, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Whitehall, MI, on Saturday, March 7, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father Ivan Jay Berens, a niece Marie Knight, grandparents Herman and Grace Berens and Gerald and Bertha Geertman. Steve is survived by his son, Brad and his wife Janet Miers, grandson Jace Miers, mother Bernice Berens, brothers Dale and his wife Jana Berens, Don and his wife Kerry Berens, sister Sara and her husband Chris Knight, and nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
