Ottawa County Sheriff’s Capt. Mark Bennett says all four may face charges in other jurisdictions — the chase went from Holland’s north side into Allegan County’s southwest quadrant.
The suspects now in Ottawa County Jail are Tamar Demarcus Nobles, 17; Markham, IL, who has a $25,000 cash bond, and thre 18-year-old suspects, all with a $50,000 cash bond: Marcus Phillip McNulty, of Dixmor, IL; Jalynn Lamont Powell, of Harvey, IL; and Charles Lipsey, of Dolton, IL. The investigation continues.
