HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A West Ottawa school bus collided with a minivan at the intersection of James Street and 144th Avenue in Holland Township just before 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, accordign to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sgt. Derek Gerencer.
No one, including the 34 children on the bus, and the 70-year-old bus driver, was hurt. The 33-year-old Holland woman driving the minivan told police glaring sun prevented her from seeing the stop sign at the intersection.
