HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Holland Department of Public Safety has released a surveillance video still photo of a shoplifting suspect.
The suspect is a white woman, with long dishwater blonde hair, spotted in a downtown store on June 4, according to a Holland Police Facebook post.
