HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The National Weather Service has issues a frost advisory from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2019.
The alert affects Lakeshore communities from South Haven to Muskegon, and inland as far east as Lansing and Jackson.
Widespread frost could affect sensitive vegetation, which may be damaged if not covered or otherwise protected from the cold temperatures.
Potted plants normally left outdoors should be covered or brought inside away from the cold, according to the NWS meteorologists.
