HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – Winning the Tulip Time Festival Official Poster contest for the second time in five years left Carolyn Stich speechless.
The local artist was at a loss for words on Thursday night when she learned that her creation “Enduring Delft” captured the annual juried competition. She had won in 2015 for “Joy of Spring,” but in this interview conducted at the Tulip Time Festival office the day after the announcement, Stich explained why this triumph was more rewarding for her.
