Daniel G. Bergman, 40, of Grand Rapids, passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
Dan was born July 22, 1978, in Grand Rapids to Henry Bergman and Shirley (Bouwkamp) Bergman. He graduated from Covenant Christian High School and worked for many years surveying for Feenstra and Associates. Dan was currently working at Metro Hospital in their hospital foodservice. He was attending Dutton United Reformed Church.
He is survived by his parents: Henry Bergman of Grandville and Shirley Bergman of Coopersville; siblings: Barb and Randy Moorman, Tom and Mindy Bergman, Julie Bergman; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A funeral service to honor the faith and life of Dan Bergman will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday at Dutton United Reformed Church, 6950 Hannah Lake Ave., SE Caledonia, MI 49316. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Sunday, at Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland MI 49464. Visitation will also be 12:00-12:45 prior to the funeral service on Monday.
