ZEELAND TOWNSHIP (WHTC-AM/FM) — The 96th Avenue bridge over the Black River, south of Adams Street in Zeeland Township, is now open, according to an Ottawa County Road Commission email to media.
The bridge had been closed to all traffic since Dec. 6, 2018, for repairs to take place.
The commission also reminded drivers that a 10-ton weight limit has been established and is being enforced on the bridge. Any vehicles exceeding the respective weight limit must seek an alternate route.
