Darrin Lee Arens, age 51, of Zeeland, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019.
Darrin was born in Zeeland and attended Zeeland Public Schools.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Arens Jr. on July 26, 2011 and his brother, Jeff Arens on July 24, 2010.
Surviving are his children, Steven Arens and Lena Rance, Timothy Justin (TJ) Arens, and Anthony (Tater) Arens; a grandson, Jordan (J-Man) Arens; mother, Ruth Arens; sisters; Robin and Doug South and Melissa Arens; partner, Jody Hart; step-children, Brittany Marsh, Cathryn and Jake Laning, and Anthony (Tony) Hart; 2 step-grandchildren, Alayna (Mae Mae) Laning and Willow Laning; nephews and nieces, Cody Boyd, Stephanie Kleis, Teal Haveman-Arens, Ryan Arens and Nicole Barz, Brooke and Sergio Nevarez, and Brandie South; several great nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday (January 12) at Ottawa Reformed Church, 11390 Stanton Street, with Rev. Jeff Elzinga officiating. Burial will be in Robinson Township Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday (January 11) at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue.
