LANSING, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – A Saugatuck man has been reappointed to a state panel that awards grants to fight motor vehicle theft in Michigan.
Gene Adamczyk will represent auto insurance purchasers for another four-year term on the Automobile Theft Prevention Authority Board of Directors. The 40-year veteran of the Michigan State Police is currently a supervisor of the Western District of Michigan for the Federal Services Division of Walden Security, and has past experience as the Inspector General for the state Department of Community Health.
Governor Snyder appointed Adamczyk to serve through July 1, 2022, pending final approval by the state Senate.
