HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Former Max Transit Director Linda LeFebre, 53, is due back in court for sentencing next month after pleading guilty to embezzling more than $20,000 the week, according to a WZZM TV story.
She’s accused skimming $32,000 in unauthorized pay and for using a MAX credit card to make personal purchases.
LeFebre told the court she can repay $30,000, but a final restitution is yet to be determined, according to WZZM.
MAX Transit serves the Holland and Zeeland areas with Tuesday rides for Saugatuck residents.
