HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Flooding has now abated enough that southbound U.S. 31 at 32nd Avenue and northbound U.S. 31 at Lincoln Avenue have been re-opened, according to Ottawa County Emergency Manager Nick Bonstell.
