HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — Macatawa Area Express officials are looking for new members for a MAX Transit advisory board.
According to the authority’s records, MAX officials want to find people who are MAX riders and willing to make suggestions about improving the bus services as well as share their thoughts on others’ ideas and proposals.
MAX is currently looking for a new transit authority executive director as well, and doing a wage study, to help aid in driver retention and employee satisfaction.
The transit authority plans to install extra security cameras at the Greenway Operations building and at the Padnos Center to expand the security coverage area.
The transit authority’s executive board is set to meet at 3:30 p.m. Monday, July 23, at the Padnos Transportation Center, 171 Lincoln, Suite # 20 in Holland.
