HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — The City of Holland launched an online effort to recruit new residents. according to an email to media from city officials.
The new site liveinhollandmichigan.com, is a descendant of the 10-year-old enjoyhollandmichigan.com.
Holland-based agency, Fairly Painless Advertising got hired for the site redesign with a few key goals: ease of navigation, relevant information and more-visual content. The name change from enjoyhollandmichigan.com to liveinhollandmichigan.com is intended to better define the site’s purpose.
The website serves people looking to move to Holland, giving a general city overview, with information on Holland’s neighborhoods, major employers, schools, recreation and more. With beautiful photographs and video, it is also a resource for real estate agents, human resources/recruiters to showcase Holland to those not living in, and unfamiliar with the area.
The site links to websites for area companies, schools and organizations. Visitors can email questions from the site.
