UNDATED (WHTC-AM/FM) — Allegan and Ottawa County health officials have put together a sexual health survey aimed at 18 to 24-year-olds.
The online survey addresses attitudes and behaviors surrounding sexual health — everything from condom and birth control use to perceptions about a variety of sexual health topics.
This voluntary survey includes the option to enter a drawing for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards. Information from the survey itself will be kept confidential, according to health department officials; contact information will not be linked to the survey’s answers.
The survey results will help Allegan and Ottawa County health department officials improve education and treatment programs.
Ottawa County is hosting free, confidential sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing this month, 1-4 p.m., Tuesdays at the Holland Township location, 12251 James St.; call (616) 396-5266 for details.
