ZEELAND (WHTC-AM/FM) — A two-vehicle crash on Chicago Drive (BL I-96) has created a traffic back-up.
A witness near the scene — who asked not to be identified — said it appeared that a car was attempting a turn from the eastbound lanes to the westbound at about 11:15 a.m., when a flatbed truck failed to stop.
Police and emergency medical responders were on the scene at of noon and traffic was being re-routed, according to the witness.
