HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The last chance to make a good impression is at hand for three men who wish to be the next superintendent of Hudsonville Public Schools.
Assistant Superintendent Scott Smith, Rockford Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Douglas VanderJagt, and Coloma Superintendent Peter Bush will go before the Hudsonville Board this evening in separate interview sessions. They emerged among five that were queried last week, with 28 applicants for the job that Nick Ceglarek will step down from on June 30th to become the new superintendent of the Traverse Bay Intermediate School District.
Tonight’s interviews begin at 4:30. It was not immediately disclosed by the Board whether it would make a decision on a new superintendent tonight, hold another special meeting to make a decision, or wait until the next regularly scheduled meeting on April 12th to make a decision.
