ZEELAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The new executive lineup at Gentex is taking shape.
The board of the Zeeland-based specialty parts maker appointed Neil Boehm as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering, and Kevin Nash as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Both men have been with Gentex for more than 16 years and have risen through the company’s managerial ranks.
The moves come following last August’s election of Steve Downing as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gentex, as founder and long time Chairman/CEO Fred Bauer retired last month; Lead Independent Director James Wallace was tabbed as Bauer’s replacement for Board Chairman.
