HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – To say that Cindy Awrey was surprised last night may be an understatement.
She admitted that she thought two other works would have come away with the honor of being the 2018 Tulip Time Festival Official Poster before her name was called during the “First Bloom” festivities at the Commons of Evergreen. Her work “Together” beat out 19 other finalists to be put on not only posters for Holland’s annual signature event, but in glycee prints and other merchandise that are for sale now at the Tulip Time offices off of 8th Street, and soon online.
