HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce represents 70,000 employees in the greater Holland/Zeeland area.
The Chamber represents a broad segment of the business community. With weekly events featuring speakers to a business breakfast, the chamber provides a voice for over 1,300 local businesses.
Caroline Monahan is Marketing & Communications Manager says that although the breakfast with Zeeland Congressman Bill Huizenga on December 18 is sold out, there are plenty of other events to take part in every week.
“We like to say that we offer a wide variety of things to make it a benefit to being a member here. Depending what size company you’re working with, you’re going to be looking at different things for your membership. Our large corporations really appreciate the opportunity to have a voice with the legislature. We work a lot with advocacy and helping them connect with elected officials. Smaller members tend to be looking for exposure and promotional opportunities. Abilities to network and build their sales.”
There are different membership packages available online and the Chamber is always looking for new members.
