HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The Holland Department of Public Safety (HDPS) has taken four guns off the streets of Holland.
In a Facebook post the department says last weekend officers found the guns on two unrelated incidents. Three were on a traffic stop and the other after a suspect fled from officers after throwing the gun onto a roof.
Both suspects were arrested and are being charged with weapons offenses. The Department has been using social media more than ever to keep residents informed.
