PARK TWP., MI (WHTC) – When students return to seven elementary schools in the West Ottawa district next month, they will see playground improvements in place.
Officials say that the changes will be noticeable at North Holland, Sheldon Woods, Woodside, Great Lakes, Pine Creek, Lakeshore and Lakewood elementary schools. Work was done to make each playground reflect the neighborhood where it sits, be it a farm, a campground, a shipping freighter, or a park ranger tower.
Classes for the new academic year at West Ottawa Public Schools begin on Tuesday.
