As long a pesky stray thunderstorm stays out of the forecast, Saturday night should be prime time for some star gazing along Lake Michigan!
The Shoreline Amateur Astronomical Association, Holland State Park, and the Holland Museum have teamed up to present Museum Under the Stars, an event designed to teach about the night sky and it’s constellations.
Telescopes will be pointed at various objects in the night sky for the public to view and there will also be a laser light show paired with some history of star gazing.
Museum under the Stars will be held from 9:45 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on the Basketball Court at Holland State Park.
