HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – As the Holland Civic Center is undergoing renovation, you have one last chance to reserve a piece of history.
In early March, pieces that were being permanently removed were auctioned off. There are still items remaining. The City of Holland has listed the remaining items on www.govdeals.com
The four items up for bid on the site are
• Balcony Seats
• Antique Stand Alone Kitchen Unit
• Industrial Sliding Door
• Lockers
The balcony seats are sold in sections of 10 seats. The kitchenette is white vintage in good working condition and includes a freezer, oven, sink and 3-burner stovetop. The industrial sliding door is heavy duty on a railing and comes with the hardware. The vintage metal lockers are available in sections of two, three or four. All of these items up for bid will remain open until June 21st.
Shovels will hit the ground this July, and then the Civic Center ribbon-cutting is scheduled in September of 2018.”
