HOLLAND TWP, MI (WHTC) – A two-vehicle crash has sent an Zeeland couple to the hospital.
Ottawa County Deputies were called to the scene at the intersection of Riley Street and 104th Avenue at about 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon, June 4. Sgt. Brian Buter says 17-year-old Marian Pawlowski of Holland was eastbound in her 2006 Pontiac G6 when she failed to stop at the four-way stop.
72-year-old Terrance Veining was stopped at the intersection proceeding southbound on 104th Avenue in a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander when his vehicle was struck in the passenger side door injuring both Terrance and his front seat passenger 73-year-old Judith Veining.
Both were transported to Holland Hospital in stable condition. As a result of the investigation, Pawlowski was cited for disregarding a traffic control device.
