CASCO TWP, MI (WHTC) – There were no injuries in an early morning fire that destroyed a Casco Township barn Sunday.
South Haven Area Emergency Services (SHAES) firefighters responded to the scene at 111th Avenue near 76th Street 6:10 a.m.on Sunday, April 30. The barn was fully engulfed in flames and fire departments were called in from Columbia, Ganges and Lee Township. Bangor fire department provided backup at SHAES Station 3 and Covert ambulance also responded.
The barn contained equipment for the fruit farm. The cause is under investigation.
