FENNVILLE, MI (WHTC) – A 15-year-old male was transported to Holland Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle early Wednesday morning.
Captain Chris Kuhn of the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office says the teenager was crossing the street just after 7 a.m. when he was struck. The driver was turning the corner at the intersection of 3rd and Elm Streets and did not see the young man.
The driver was cited and released.
The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by AMR ambulance. The young man has a possible broken leg.
