HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Students at Holland Christian Schools are mourning the loss of a fellow student.
Caroline “Peachy” Kanis, was in the fourth -grade at Rose Park Christian school died Saturday morning.
Superintendent of Holland Christian Schools, Dan Meester posted on Facebook asking the community for support for the Kanis family. Caroline was battling highly aggressive brain tumors at the base of her brain for more than a year.
A closed Facebook page for Caroline has been set up called Prayers for Caroline “Peachy” Kanis has been set up.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
