HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The flu season may be winding down, but for two Holland schools, it is still in full force.
Officials at both Calvary Schools of Holland and Holland Adventist School have called off classes for today due to a number of students, teachers and staff coming down with “flu-like” symptoms. It is the second straight dark day at Holland Adventist. They are the latest in a number of schools in West Michigan who have had unscheduled closures due to illness this winter, including Glenn School in Allegan County last month.
At this point, it is not certain if both Calvary and Holland Adventist will resume classes on Monday.
