GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – We may have sprung forward this weekend, but we fall back into Winter weather Monday, March 13.
The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issues a Winter Weather Advisory for Allegan and Ottawa Counties until 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 14. Snow will be widespread Monday morning before ending Tuesday. Snowfalls of 3-5 inches are expected.
Hazardous condition Monday into Tuesday moring are expected with snow covered roads, bridges and overpasses. Plan extra travel time and the Michigan Department of Transportation reminds you to adjust your speeds based on the weather conditions.
