HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Ottawa County residents can nominate an Ottawa County employee for an Outstanding Customer Service award.
the program started in 2012 and the Customer Service initiative is one of the County’s Four C’s, along with Communication, Cultural Intelligence and Creativity.
Tom Camburn is Maintenance Technician at the West Olive Fillmore Complex and he was nominated for his cheerful smile, positive outlook, dedication to his craft and his sincerity when it comes to the customers he serves.
Jessica Voglewede is Environmental Health Food Service Specialist. Her Supervisor Specner Ballard says she has been nominated 20 times for the award and is patient, empathetic and has a high level of professionalism. You can read the nomination which earned each recipient an award online.
