HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Strong storms are making their way across Lake Michigan and bringing heavy rain and high winds along the lakeshore.
Consumers Energy is monitoring the weather conditions and mobilizing resources so they can quickly respond to any service interruptions. According to Con Ed’s outage map, close to 1,000 customers are without power Friday morning just north of Holland.
In the event of a power outage, you can reach Consumers Ed 24/7 at 1-800-557-4625 or online. Business customers can sign up for text alerts by texting REG to 232273 (CECARE) and providing their account number when prompted. Additional storm and outage alerts are available online from the Consumers Energy outage center.
