DOUGLAS, MI (WHTC) – Two counts of second-degree sexual conduct have been dismissed as part of a plea deal for a Douglas grocery store owner.
Nick DeMond was charged with assault with intent to commit sexual penetration with a child under 13 years old.
WZZM-TV 13 reports that DeMond who owns Super-Valu in Allegan County, pleaded no contest to charges stemming from the incident that happened between 2007 and 2011.
Bond was revoked and sentencing is March 20, in Allegan County Circuit Court.
