CHICAGO, IL (WHTC) – When Heinz announced they would be giving salaried employess acrosss the U.S. the day off after Superbowl Sunday, it set off social media firestorm.
The Heinz brand has kicked off a campaign encouraging Americans to stand behind SMUNDAY. The goal is to get 100,000 signatures. If the goal is reached it will be sent to Congress in hopes of making it a reality. Heinz says the reality is that no one wants to go to work the day after Super Bowl Sunday.
