ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – Some things remain the same when dealing with teenagers, but in world of social media a lot has changed on how we raise and deal with teen issues.
Afree workshop brought to you by The Zeeland Action Coalition called “Sex, Drugs and the Trends Your Teens Aren’t Telling You” will give parents a chance to hear community leaders ciscuss the currents trends. Parents will be able to use the information to help their teen learn the skills needed for the future.
The workshops are on Thursday’s with the first one tonight, January 26. The topic tonight is “Why Your Teens Makes THOSE Choices.” Other topics will be discussed on February 9 and 23.
Parents are welcome to attend all of the workshops and no registration is needed. The workshops will be held at the Howard Miller Community Center located at 14 South Church Street in Zeeland from 7-8:30 p.m. the next three Thursdays.
