HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – There will be plenty of holiday fun at the Carolyn Stitch Studios in downtown Holland this weekend.
On Friday, November 25 Santa will pay a visit from 5:30-9:30 p.m and on Saturday you’ll have a chance to decorate holiday ornaments.
From 10-12 p.m. Saturday, November 26,as part of Small Business Saturday, they will be painting glass ornaments for the holidays. $25 per pair, $10 each additional family member. Includes all supplies, coffee/hot chocolate and muffins. Pre-register by calling the Studio at 616-298-2687. The Stitch studio is located at 208 College Avenue in Holland.
You can also purchase the Holland Christmas card that was designed by Stitch at her studios.
The Holland Visitors Bureau commissioned local artist Carolyn Stitch and this year’s card features a jolly Santa Claus and whimsical Rudolph in front of Big Red Lighthouse.
The inside message reads: “With a wink and a nod, best wishes for a joyful holiday!”
Single cards cost $3 and $15 for a package of 10. Proceeds from the sale of the cards will go to the Friends of Van Raalte Farm to support the ongoing preservation and restoration of the historic Holland landmark.
