OLIVE TWP, MI (WHTC) – The search is on for a man who police say robber a gas station Thursday night, November, 3.
Sgt. Christie Wendt of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office says at 10:55 p.m. Thursday the suspect entered the Exxon Mobile gas station located at 6363 136th Avenue in Olive Township.
Wendt says the male subject entered the store and brandished a firearm at the clerk behind the counter and demanded money. The clerk then gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register.
The male subject fled the store of foot. No one was injured in the robbery.
The suspect is described as 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt and had a mask covering his face.
