HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity invites you to an open house and tour to see firsthand the efforts by the community for a family in need.
The home was built for the Moreno family who lost their townhome in an explosion on November 4, 2015. The Moreno’s who live in Holland have two children and applied for a home through Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity. Ivan Moreno was a volunteer at Habitat’s Restore when they had lost their own home.
Habitat for Humanity would like the community to see how your efforts have paid off with an open house and tour of the Moreno Family Home on November 1 from 5-7 p.m. located at 2669 Beeline Road in Holland.
Volunteers worked on the home since Spring and Habitat received a $5,000 grant from Lowes.
