HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – A facility off of Holland’s eastern city limits will again be a center for the community.
A ceremonial ribbon cutting and open house was this afternoon for the new Hope Network Development Center at the corner of Adams Street and Country Club Road. It will be located at the site of the former Life Services Building/Deanna’s Playhouse that was foreclosed in 2014, and the new center will provide support and opportunities for people with intellectual, physical, emotional or social barriers, along the lines of Kandu Industries that shut its doors last fall.
Hope Network is working with Ottawa County Community Mental Health to “implement real work skills and ongoing training throughout the county” from this center, according to agency officials.
