ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) – Police are searching for two suspects in connection with a robbery on Grand Valley State University’s Allendale Campus.
According to an alert that was sent out by the Grand Valley Police Department, the incident was reported approximately at 7 p.m. Saturday, October 9.
The victim was walking west of the baseball fields toward West Campus Drive then a black man approximately 6’2 with an athletic build, wearing a blue Grand Valley t-shirt and jeans approached and assaulted the victim, demanding the victims wallet. The victim complied and then a second suspect appeared and took the victim’s cash. The second suspect is described as a white man, approximately 6’2 with a muscular build.
Both suspects then ran northwest toward the football field.
